On Productivity Without Purpose

You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today. – Abraham Lincoln
It is a truly sad thing that I have discovered. The more I strive to get something done, the more things that will be suddenly in the way.
There are any number of “organizing your life books” but the simple fact for a few of us is that getting something done requires time and dedication to it; time we cannot afford because someone else wants our time. Juggling these tasks has become a product of society itself: calendars, PDA’s, reminders of all types, including calls, texts, webpage alerts.
We all waste time. I myself am a master of it, but what about when you don’t want to waste time? Why is it so hard to get anything done? Why wont people leave you alone?
Ask yourself this; what did you really get done today?
