{"id":132,"date":"2008-09-15T08:02:39","date_gmt":"2008-09-15T12:02:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thestormypresent.com\/ocean\/?p=132"},"modified":"2008-09-15T08:02:39","modified_gmt":"2008-09-15T12:02:39","slug":"on-the-turn-of-the-tide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thestormypresent.com\/ocean\/2008\/09\/15\/on-the-turn-of-the-tide\/","title":{"rendered":"On The Turn of the Tide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The Stormy Present<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>We here have not written in a long time, there was not much to say, nothing we had not written or was reflected in print otherwise.\u00a0 We, this grand expiriment was not about repeating news, but to be enlightened about the stormy present, a belief which said, &#8221; Change course, or crash.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0 It is the warning of the titanic, of the Great Depression, of our Foreign policy and ways of living that was not exesss, it was the defining turn of an empire.<\/p>\n<p>We have reached that time now.\u00a0 Lehman Brothers is down in smoke, Merrill Lynch\u00a0 is up in Flames, A.I.G is faltering.\u00a0 The Pryamid scheme is falling apart, as I knew it would.<br \/>\nWe have now come to the turning of the tide, this stormy present.<\/p>\n<p>As such, this may be our last post, I am unsure. But We are not going to simply write about the world, it&#8217;s now time to change it&#8217;s course.
